With nearly three decades of experience in infrastructure development and delivery, Amar Qureshi is a distinguished leader in the infrastructure sector and serves as Joint CEO and Co-Founder of Agilia Infrastructure Partners, a specialist infrastructure consultancy supporting major UK and International infrastructure projects.

Amar has played pivotal roles in shaping the UK's infrastructure landscape. He has been at the forefront of developing new delivery models for infrastructure, including whilst at HM Treasury, leading the commercial team implementing the UK's Waste PPP programme and as Commercial Director leading the development of the RAB model for the innovative and widely acclaimed £4.2 billion Thames Tideway Tunnel. Currently, Amar advises several high-profile clients across the Energy and Water sectors, including Sizewell C, Great British Nuclear, Portsmouth Water and Thames Water.

Amar holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge, following undergraduate studies at Durham University.
