Adrian Webb

Adrian is a Project Director at Agilia with 20 years’ experience in transport and large-scale infrastructure projects. His expertise is in project sponsorship, advising on delivery and operating model strategies, governance, and assurance and ESG.

Adrian has worked across both private and public sectors. He previously headed up the sponsorship of Phase One of High Speed 2 at HS2 Ltd. He has worked in central government sponsoring major rail upgrades and leading on several reviews, including coordinating Sir Peter Hendy’s 2015 review into the re-planning of Network Rail's investment programme. At Agilia he is working in the energy and defence sectors.

Adrian holds a Master of Science in Transportation Planning and Engineering from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Sheffield.
