Toby has joined Agilia as a Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience as an accomplished commercial and procurement professional delivering complex infrastructure and IT projects across public sector organisations. His expertise spans the public procurement lifecycle, regulatory compliance, governance and strategic procurement.

Toby has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of nationally significant programmes and transformative technology initiatives within central and local government, consistently driving value for money.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Salford and is a Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Corporate Practitioner.
