Simon Weaver

Simon is an Associate Project Director in Agilia with extensive experience in transport planning and major transport project sponsorship for Transport for London, the National Infrastructure Commission and most recently for National Highways.

At National Highways, Simon led up the Sponsorship team for the Lower Thames Crossing project whilst also providing client leadership on the assessment of the Crossing’s transport impacts during the development and consenting phase of the project.

At Transport for London, Simon led the third party sponsorship team through the phase 1 hybrid bill consenting process and led the surface transport interface for Crossrail 2.

Simon has an MSc Eng in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds.
