Steve Moffat

Steve has over 40 years of experience in infrastructure delivery across the water, energy and transport sectors. He has held senior roles at Jacobs, Laing O'Rourke and Balfour Beatty, and has led large-scale capital programmes for Anglian Water, United Utilities and Severn Trent Water. Notable programmes he has contributed to include High Speed 2, the Lower Thames Crossing, @One Alliance and the Dublin North Runway.

At Agilia, Steve is currently serving as Interim Head of Capital Delivery for Portsmouth Water, where he is leading the setup and delivery of their capital investment programme. He brings particular expertise in programme leadership, capital delivery, contract strategy and preconstruction planning, with experience spanning both client and contractor-side roles across the public and private sectors.

Steve holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and technical qualifications in electrical engineering.
