David Goldstone CBE

David Goldstone CBE is a Senior Adviser at Agilia, bringing experience as Chair, Non-Executive Director, Chief Executive, and programme sponsor across some of the UK's most complex and high-profile infrastructure programmes.

As the Government's sponsor for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, David oversaw a £9.3 billion investment programme and subsequently led the East London legacy regeneration as CEO of the London Legacy Development Corporation. Further executive roles included as Chief Executive of the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority and Chief Operating Officer of the Ministry of Defence.

David most recently served as independent Chair of HM Treasury's Office for Value for Money and interim Chair of the Submarine Delivery Agency. He is currently HM Treasury's representative on the Board of HS2 Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director of Great British Energy - Nuclear and the Euston Delivery Company.
