Tom Allen

Tom joined Agilia as an Associate Project Director in April 2024. Tom has project management, engineering and asset management experience in the water sector and has led the development of major water resource infrastructure projects, produced water company business investment plans and authored regulatory submissions for PR19 and PR24. He began his career as a hydraulic network modeller, developing designs for water network enhancement schemes at United Utilities.

Tom is a chartered member of CIWEM and chartered environmentalist. He holds a BSc in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds and is working towards an MSc in Systems Thinking from the Open University.
