Selina Pye (Assoc CIPD)

Selina joined Agilia in February 2021 and is the HR Manager, bringing a broad range of experience in both HR and management. She has a background in the retail sector and played a key role in setting up and growing a now thriving independent business, delivering leadership and management training, business development, HR support, and building strong customer relationships.

Selina is an Associate Member of the CIPD and holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, a Level 3 Diploma in General Management, and an APM Project Fundamentals Qualification. She is currently working towards the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.

In her role at Agilia, Selina leads on a range of strategic and operational HR activities including benefits management, policy development, performance management, learning and development, onboarding, HRIS management, and supporting line managers through the recruitment and onboarding of new joiners.
