Ryan is known for his strategic approach, commercial advisory, supply chain insight, and commitment to operational excellence. He has a strong track record of delivering major projects and leading high-performing teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

As a Chartered Member of both CIPS (MCIPS) and CIOB (MCIOB), and with an MSc in Construction Project Management, Ryan is deeply committed to developing future talent. He actively mentors students and young professionals through The King’s Trust and STEM Learning UK, helping to inspire and support the next generation of industry leaders.
