Ksenia Kochemasova

Ksenia is an Associate Project Director at Agilia.

Ksenia has extensive experience in procurement and commercial management on large-scale major programmes, including Olympics 2012, HS2, Tideway and Parliament. Key roles in procurement of contracts valued £4B+. Commercial management, including Prime Contracts value to £7B+.

Ksenia has established and leads a new Commercial Governance and Assurance function for the New Hospital Programme (NHP), and prior to that established and headed a successful Supply Market Management function for Parliament In-House Services and Strategic Estates (HoC).
