Isobel Evans

Isobel joined Agilia as an Analyst in March 2026. She brings almost 3 years of civil engineering experience supporting port infrastructure development projects across Southern Africa and the Middle East. 

Her work focused on infrastructure master planning and pre-feasibility assessments, with an emphasis on maritime decarbonisation and climate change adaptation. Additionally, she has a research background in nature-based solutions for the water sector. 

Isobel holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town and an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge
