Helen Orton

Helen is a Project Director at Agilia and has over 25 years professional experience in infrastructure and large-scale engineering projects. She has worked extensively in regulated utilities and previously held the role of Finance and Regulation Director at a UK water company where she helped to develop the novel commercial and regulatory framework for a new reservoir.

Helen is a Chartered Accountant (Fellow) with 20 years of experience in a “Big 4” accounting practice where she worked across a range of listed and regulated businesses. She combines a broad commercial expertise, ranging from finance and risk management to governance, project assurance and specialist advisory work. She takes a methodical and analytical approach to her work, employing a high degree of pragmatism and a focus on working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
