Debbie Heads is PA to Agilia’s joint-CEO Mike Pugsley, as well as working as part of our Finance Team based in Teesside. Debbie has more than 12 years’ experience in finance teams, as well as over 20 years in admin support. 

She holds SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, NCFE Level 2 in Principles of Business Administration, NCFE Level 2 in Equality & Diversity, and the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification.
