Bill Davey

Bill is as an Associate Project Director, with a decade of experience in the management and sponsorship of infrastructure projects and programmes across the transport, energy and aviation sectors.

Most recently, Bill led the programme team responsible for the delivery of enhanced security screening facilities at Stansted airport and prior to this, Bill sponsored a significant portfolio of highways initiatives at Transport for London, designed to provide faster conditions for bus travel. Bill is a keen advocate for programme sponsorship, and has particular expertise in the design and application of project governance frameworks, business case development, and benefits management.

Bill holds a B.A in East Asian Studies from the University of Sheffield, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from University College London (UCL).
