Angelos Tzaferai

Angelos joined Agilia in October 2023 as an Associate Project Director. A qualified civil engineer and project management professional, Angelos has end to end project experience from tender phase to handover. He has experience in transport and large-scale rail infrastructure projects for more than a decade and has currently completed the Crossrail (Elizabeth Line) Upgrade Works on Slough and Maidenhead stations for Network Rail. His previous project was leading the design and construction work of a new depot at Acton Works for Morgan Sindall and London Underground. He is skilled in working in live operational environments and is familiar with, and committed to, the H&S requirements of the rail environment. He holds an MSc in Project and Enterprise Management from UCL, an MSc in Energy and Sustainability from the University of Southampton and a Postgraduate and Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace in Greece.
