Alex Hughes

Alex joined Agilia as a junior analyst in September 2025, having previously worked at Agilia during a year-long placement scheme from the University of Bath. He graduated with a BSc in Mathematics in 2025.

Through his work at the University, he refined his logical and analytical thinking skills and developed a passion for creative, data-driven solutions.

During Alex's time at Agilia, he has gained experience in building and maintaining client relationships and managing large data sets. He is now working as part of our energy team, supporting senior team members to deliver key project milestones.
