Adrian Webb

Adrian is a Project Director at Agilia with over 15 years experience in transport and large-scale infrastructure projects. His expertise is in project sponsorship encompassing effective governance, requirements management, change, relationship management, financing, and funding.

He has worked across both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Agilia he headed up the Sponsorship of Phase One of the High Speed 2 route at HS2 Ltd working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and central government. He has led on the development and delivery of major rail upgrades at the Department for Transport and several government reviews including coordinating Sir Peter Hendy's review into the re-planning of Network Rail's investment programme.  He also worked on behalf of London Councils to secure investment from the European Commission in London and has led the delivery of local authority transport schemes, winning national awards.
