Maria Gribova
Maria is a Procurement and Contracts Delivery specialist with over 20 years of international experience across major infrastructure sectors including oil and gas, data centres, and consulting. Her career spans a range of high-value programmes, delivering more than £10 million in cost savings and overseeing contracts of up to £100 million within programmes totalling £6 billion.
Maria's experience includes major projects such as National Grid's Isle of Grain LNG Facility and Shell's Carbon Capture and Storage programme. At BP’s Rumaila Operating Organisation, she delivered contracts and commercial oversight, enforcing rigorous due diligence, compliance, and assurance processes in partnership with PetroChina and the Basra Oil Company. Most recently, she led the development of QTS's contracts function across Europe and served as London Practice Lead for Contract Services at Accenture.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from Moscow State Linguistic University.
