How we work
As an SME without big overheads we are able to carefully select the work we do.
And our resource pool is extensive. We have an excellent network of experienced associates drawn from specialists in financing, project management, procurement and policy implementation. We draw on our associates to provide the best possible offering to our clients.
We also ensure that our values are reflected in the work we do.
- We always aim to help realise human potential
- We work collaboratively, so that team members can do their jobs in a supportive environment. Success is shared as a team and challenges are faced as a team
- We are deeply committed to achieving value for money – now, in the medium and in the long term
- We will work to realise the environmental and social benefits of projects
- We will from the inception of a project help create a “safety first” health safety and well-being culture
We’ve seen time and time again how values make a difference. We are committed to ours. They are woven into the tapestry of our work.
Modern Slavery Statement
Issued in cognisance of Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
The following areas of the Modern Slavery Act are considered to be relevant to our business.
Our business, structure and supply chains
We are a specialist professional infrastructure consultancy providing services to clients who are developing major infrastructure projects. Our company does not operate out of subsidiaries and its current focus of activity is on the UK market. We do not consider that our direct activities or those of our supply chain have a high risk of slavery or human trafficking. However given the nature of our support, our appreciation of these important issues in order to reflect them in the projects that we are supporting is considered great importance to us.
The policies that are directly relevant to identifying modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking include:
– Our ethics policy
– Employees code of conduct
– Environmental policies
Steps to assess and manage risks
We are committed to ensuring that the projects that we support, in the structuring of the procurement processes and the execution of the same, as well as the contract that are entered into, adhere to the Modern Slavery Act.
We continue to keep up to date with legislation to ensure that the Act and its substance continue to be complied with.
