Our Story
Agilia Infrastructure Partners was established in 2016 by a team of infrastructure specialists who were responsible for developing the groundbreaking Regulated Asset Base (RAB) delivery model for the Thames Tideway Tunnel project.
Since our inception, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of complex infrastructure development and delivery, supporting some of the UK's most significant programmes and projects.
A significant milestone in our history came in April 2023, when we transitioned to an Employee-Owned Trust. This change was implemented to foster an entrepreneurial, high-performance mindset throughout the organisation, aligning our collective and individual successes and ensuring employees now benefit directly as we continue to grow.
Today, we operate as a medium-sized specialist infrastructure consultancy, continuing to build on our foundation of innovative infrastructure delivery, drawing on our team's expert experience from some of the most challenging projects.
Employee Owned
Our ownership structure has been prompted by a desire to ensure that we embed a long-term sustainable model for the business.
In 2023, Agilia’s ownership structure changed and is now constituted as an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT).
This creates project and organisational structures, which promote commercial and value alignment to serve a wider purpose while supporting the further development of our people as we continue to nurture future leaders of the infrastructure sector.
The benefits of moving to an EOT are widely recognised, and in recent years have become an increasingly popular option for growing dynamic SMEs to achieve higher productivity, greater levels of innovation and increased sustainability.
