James joined Agilia in February 2026 as Director of People, bringing over 20 years of recruitment experience across Professional Services, Technology, and Capital Markets. Before joining the business permanently, he partnered with Agilia for three years as a trusted supplier, supporting the company in identifying and hiring talent across all functions.

As Agilia continues to grow, James focuses on recruitment and resourcing, strategic workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
